Interested parties must be registered to attend the Pre-Solicitation Conference.  The deadline for registration is July 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.  There will be no day of registration.  Please click on the “Registration” link below for information on how to register.

Questions may be submitted to [email protected] prior to the Pre-Solicitation Conference and will be posted to the website or answered at the Pre-Solicitation Conference.  The deadline for submitting questions, that may be answered at the Pre-Solicitation Conference, is July 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.  The answers to any questions submitted after the deadline or at the Pre-Solicitation Conference will not be answered at the Pre-Solicitation Conference, but instead may be posted on the website at a later date.
