Manage Your Grant
All DOE EPSCoR awardees are required to report periodically on progress in meeting their projects objectives in accordance with 10 CFR Part 605.19 Continuation Funding and Reporting Requirements. Standard reporting requirements for DOE's Office of Science (SC) are set forth on SC's Grants and Contracts web site here. Specific guidance for EPSCoR grantees is provided below.
PROGRESS REPORTING. To be considered for continuation funding, all active DOE EPSCoR awardees (Implementation Grants and EPSCoR-State/National Laboratory Partnership Grants) are required to file yearly Progress Reports that are reviewed by the EPSCoR Program Office. If your Progress Report receives technical approval from the DOE EPSCoR Program Office, your grant will be recommended for continuation funding pending appropriations, funding availability and programmatic need. The DOE EPSCoR Office will make the recommendation and request execution of continuation funding to the DOE Chicago Office. Please note that the responsibility for the negotiation and other administrative aspects of the grant resides in the Chicago Office while the review and evaluation of the technical and scientific aspect of the work remains in the EPSCoR Program Office at the Office of Basic Energy Sciences (BES). The Department of Energy assumes no obligation until the grant has been executed. All questions on funds distributed should be directed to DOE Chicago Office.
1) Instructions for Progress Reports are provided through the PAMS system or in the PAMS User Guide.

3) REPORTING YOUR GRANT HIGHLIGHTS. Please submit any grant highlights, media recognition, awards and honors as they occur directly to the EPSCoR Program Manager (contact information). Your highlights may be considered for website scientific alerts or Office of Science highlights.
