DOE National Laboratory Announcements
The Office of Science posts Opportunity Announcements for the DOE National Laboratories in the Portfolio Analysis and Management System (PAMS). Proposals from the DOE National Laboratories are submitted directly to the sponsoring Program Office. These proposals are not submitted through Grants.gov, do not use the SF-424 (R&R) applications forms, and they are not in response to a Funding Opportunity Announcement.

Applications submitted outside PAMS will not be accepted.
DOE National Laboratories may need to submit revised budgetary information to (Office of Science) SC personnel on DOE Form 4620. The form and justification must be emailed to the SC contact that made the request for revised budget information. A copy of the DOE form is available here.
