Receive a progress report from the NSAC subcommittee on Education

Discuss a new charge for NSAC to establish a Committee of Visitors for the DOE Nuclear Physics Program.

Discuss a new charge for NSAC to validate long-term performance measures and determine milestones for evaluation of progress towards reaching them for the DOE Nuclear Physics Program.
