  • The 2025 West Virginia Regional High School Science Bowl will be an in-person competition at West Virginia University's Mountainlair in Morgantown, WV.
  • PREREGISTRATION begins October 7, 2024 at Noon.
  • Coaches need to log-in to preregister their school.  The only information needed initially is the coach, co-coach, and school information.  After the coach submits the school preregistration, the Regional Coordinator will approve the school as long as there is space.  An approved preregistration secures at least one spot for your school.  Reminder, our goal is to include as many schools as possible in our Regional competition.
  • TEAM 1 REGISTRATIONS are due by November 24, 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • Once you receive approval confirmation for preregistration, please begin building your Team 1 and collecting required forms online through the NSB Dashboard.  Please note that as a coach you should choose delegates (parents/guardians) for your student forms.  This prompts the parents or guardians via email to upload the necessary forms.  Note: If the coach does not submit the Team 1 registration and all parental forms before November 25, 2024, the school loses its reserved space.
  • TEAM 2 REGISTRATIONS are due by December 8, 2024 at 11:59pm.
  • Team 2s will be approved to participate only if coaches have uploaded all required forms.  If all Team 2s cannot be approved due to space limitations, the Regional Coordinator will use a DOE-approved random selection process for approval.
